The active browser on the computer is Internet Explorer 6. Internet Explorer 7 is still listed in Add/Remove Programs, but is inactive. Their computer used to have Internet Explorer 7/XP Service Pack 2 installed on it, but the system was rolled back to Internet Explorer 6/XP Service Pack 1 after my brother used the Reinstallation CD that came with the computer to fix a problem.
